For this recipe we are combining, PROTECTOR Essential Oil Blend and TEA TREE Essential Oil.

PROTECTOR Essential Oil Blend was formulated as a powerful antiseptic and disinfectant; a must have essential oil blend for daily use. It can be used in a multitude of ways to guard against the spread of disease, both at home and away. Plus, PROTECTOR Essential Oil Blend is an excellent weapon against environmental mold and fungus, and can stop them in their tracks. It can be especially helpful following water damage to home, office or other environments.

TEA TREE Essential Oil is a powerful antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal oil which is safe. TEA TREE Essential Oil, unlike antibiotics, does not kill indiscriminately, but can identify and kill destructive bacteria while leaving the friendly bacteria we need to stay healthy. TEA TREE Essential Oil also stimulates the immune system to help you stay healthy.

Cleansing Carpet Refresher

1 Cup Baking Soda
24 Drops PROTECTOR Essential Oil Blend
6 Drops TEA TREE Essential Oil

Mix well and store in an airtight container. Sprinkle liberally onto carpets. Leave on 20 minutes or up to 2 hours and vacuum thoroughly.


SOUL ROASTED CAULIFLOWER

INGREDIENTS

1 Head Cauliflower
1/2 Cup Avocado Oil or Olive Oil
Himalayan Pink Salt
Black Pepper

Combine next 3 ingredients, set aside.

1/4 Cup Melted Grass Fed Butter
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Scoops SOUL Ayurvedic pH Superfoods

DIRECTIONS

Heat oven to 350°.Trim away leaves, stem and tough core from cauliflower. Don’t cut too deep into core so the cauliflower stays together.

Rinse and pat dry. Place cauliflower in cast iron skillet or casserole dish with florets side up.
Pour avocado oil over cauliflower, working it in with fingers to cover all areas.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper inside and out. Cover with foil.
Cook for 30 minutes. Remove foil. Cook uncovered for 40 minutes. During last 10 minutes cook time pour butter mixture over top of cauliflower head. Roast until golden brown. Cut in sections and enjoy!


ANTI-AGING BERRY SMOOTHIE

ANTI-AGING BERRY SMOOTHIE

1 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 Banana
1 Cup Almond Milk
12 Raw Almonds
1 Scoop MIND, BODY or SOUL (Or All Three)

DIRECTIONS

Combine All Ingredients In Blender.
Blend Until Smooth.

 


TUNA & WHITE BEAN SALAD

INGREDIENTS

4 Cups Arugula
2 (5 oz) Cans Flaked White Tuna, Drained
1 (15 oz) Can White Beans, Drained And Rinsed
½ Pint Cherry Tomatoes, Halved Lengthwise
½ Red Onion, Finely Chopped
½ Cup Pitted Kalamata Olives
2 oz Crumbled Sheep’s or Goat’s Milk Feta Cheese

DRESSING

¼ Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Scoop MIND Ayurvedic Brain Superfoods
Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper

DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl, whisk together, olive oil, lemon juice, MIND, salt and pepper to make a dressing. In a large bowl, mix together arugula, tuna, white beans, tomatoes, onion and olives. Toss with dressing. Just before serving top the salad with feta cheese.


ANTI-INFLAMMATORY SMOOTHIE

 

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Almond or Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup Mango Chunks, Frozen
1/4 Cup Pineapple Chunks, Frozen
1 Banana, Sliced
1/2 TSP Cinnamon
1/2 TSP Ginger
1 Scoop SOUL Ayurvedic pH Superfoods

DIRECTIONS

Combine All Ingredients In Blender.
Blend Until Smooth.

 


SUPERFOOD REFRESHER

INGREDIENTS

2 Cups Fresh Kale, Chopped
1 Scoop MIND Ayurvedic Brain Superfoods
1 Scoop BODY Ayurvedic Cardio Superfoods
1 Scoop SOUL Ayurvedic pH Superfoods
1 Medium Grapefruit
1 Medium Cucumber, Diced
1/4 TSP Fresh Ginger, Grated
1 Cup Ice

DIRECTIONS

Combine All Ingredients In Blender.
Blend Until Smooth.


BRAIN BOOSTING FRUIT SNACKS

INGREDIENTS

2 Apples, Finely Diced
10 Strawberries, Diced
1 Ruby Red Grapefruit, Diced
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1-2 Scoops of MIND Ayurvedic Brain Superfoods
Pinch salt
1/4 Cup Water
Honey or Maple Syrup to Taste

DIRECTIONS

Place the fruit in saucepan with the water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the fruit is soft and the liquid has been reduced. Stir in the cinnamon and salt. Transfer the fruit to a blender and puree until smooth. Taste the mixture and if required add a honey or maple syrup to sweeten. You should end up with 2-3 cups worth of pureed fruit.

Heat oven to 250-300 °F.

Line a large baking tray with baking paper (if your baking tray is not very large you may need to use two smaller sized trays). Pour the mixture onto the tray and spread it out thinly by using the back of a spatula. You want it to just cover the baking paper's surface without leaving any gaps (the thinner the better).
Place the baking tray in the oven on the lowest shelf available and bake for 8-12 hours.
Remove the tray from the oven and using a sharp knife cut the fruit leather into strips.
Let it cool completely before peeling the fruit leather off the baking paper.

Roll up if desired and store in an airtight container for up to a week.


BRAIN BOOSTING SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

1 Large Green Apple, Chopped
1 TSP Honey
1/2 Cup Pineapple, Diced
Juice From 1 Large Grapefruit
1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
1 Scoop MIND Ayurvedic Brain Superfoods

DIRECTIONS

Combine All Ingredients In Blender.
Blend Until Smooth.

 


MORNING MOCHA

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Strong Coffee or Tea, Rm Temp. or Cold
1 TBSP Raw Cacao Powder
1 Scoop NOURISH Superfoods & Sprouts
1/2 Cup Non-Dairy Milk
1 TBSP Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Ice

DIRECTIONS

Combine All Ingredients In Blender.
Blend Until Smooth.

SOUL ROASTED CHICKPEAS

INGREDIENTS

1 15 OZ Can Of Chickpeas, Drained
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 TSP Ground Cumin
1/2 TSP Onion Powder
1 Scoop SOUL Ayurvedic pH Superfoods
1/2 TSP Chipotle Powder
1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS

Preheat Oven To 375* F. Pat The Drained Chickpeas Dry With A Paper Towel. In A Small Bowl Stir Together Salt, Cumin, Onion Powder SOUL Ayurvedic pH Superfoods, Chipotle Powder And Garlic Powder.

In A Medium Bowl Combine Dried Chickpeas With Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Gently Stir Until Coated Evenly.

On A Large Baking Sheet With Raised Sides, Spread The Chickpeas In A Single Layer.
Place the Sheet In The Preheated Oven And Bake For 30-40 Minuets Or Until The Chickpeas
Are Dry And Crunchy, Stirring Occasionally.

Cool Before Eating. Enjoy.
